THREE MELANESIAN Brothers (Tasiu) from the Anglican Church of Melanesia in Solomon Islands will leave on a church ministerial mission to Palawan Province of Philippine, in South East Asia.
The three Melanesian Brothers are expected to leave the country at the end of this month.
Secretary of the Society of the Melanesian Brotherhood Solomon Islands, Mr Alphonses Garimae confirmed to this paper yesterday that the three will go there to assist other Philippine brothers in Palawan Province in executing the work of the society.
He said recently four Melanesian brothers from Solomon Islands returned from Palawan Province in Philippine after conducting ministerial work in the country.
Mr Garimae uttered that the three brothers will replace the returning four brothers on the mission to help the brothers in Palawan Province to continue with the work.
He said the countries combined under this Melanesian Brotherhood include, Solomon Islands the mother country, Vanuatu, PNG and Philippine in South East Asia.
