RULING ON the bail applications on behalf of the accused into the alleged robbery in January this year will be made on May 9.
The applications were submitted to the court this week in relation to Farobo Ben and Rurai Richard.
The court having heard all submission adjourned the matter for next week for ruling.
This is in relation to the incident which occurred in front of the old Westpac Bank, now BSP, where two Asians were robbed.
Police alleged that four masked men armed with a knife attacked two Asian men bound to do their banking on that day at the BSP bank.
This is in relation to the case against Ramo Stanley, Farobo Ben, Faiga Junior David, Nathaniel Junior Erick and Rurai Richard; were each charged with armed robbery.
Police said that though Deodore and Gwaliasi were not linked to the actual armed robbery, they were found associating and accompanying Farobo.

Police further alleged that Rurai in his record of interview also admitted planning the armed robbery with Eric, Faiga and Ramo which started on January 1.
According to the allegation, he also admitted having several meetings and planning with the trio days before executing the robbery and that they shared parts of the stolen money between them.
