DEFENCE COUNSEL representing a man alleged of stealing around SBD100, 00.00 from his employer is again seeking further adjournment for instructions to be taken.
Defence counsel, Desmond Nimepo told court that he needs more time to allow him to take instructions and that on the next occasion, a plea should be entered.
This in relation to the matter against Jack Liadron Kaota who is facing a charge of larceny and embezzlement by clerk or Servant, the accused is a former employee of the King Solomon Hotel.
The alleged incident occurred on 23 of December 2015, where he allegedly stole around SBD100, 000.00 from the company.
He was initially charged with forgery, but that charge was withdrawn under section 190 (ii) b (i) of the criminal procedure code. And a new charge was laid on the accused.
Public Prosecution appears for the state.
